POSTNET NO BETTER THAN SA POST OFFICE

Sent a small package to the USA on the 1st November 2018 to a very large multinational company. They have yet to receive my parcel!! Melrose Arch - Postnet,s responce was that I should have chosen the option with tracking!!

R40.00 to send the parcel but if I wanted send it with tracking it would be another R400.00! Now doubt the parcel never left SA!

What happened to the days where you could rely on companies to just do what they are paid to do!
