Postnet Nigel

I have visit Postnet in the Angelo Mall in Nigel on 15th October 2018 to had 2 sets of copy’s made for a CCMA case the original I handed in had 866 pages. Suzie assisted me and as to the customer prior to me she explained and pointed to the charges that pages below 30 are R2 each, 31-50 R1.50 and 51+ R1.00 each. I handed in the 866 pages with specific instruction that it had to stay and stapled in the exact order as it is for a court case and only the top has to be copied due to I have used recycled pages to print the originals on. Suzie told me it will take a couple of days due to they are extremely busy. On 18 October @ 11; 54; 34 I received a call from Suzie that my copies are done and I can collect them. I was charged R858 for the 858 pages that Suzie copied. As I realized merely have of the copies requested was not done I kept quiet paid and left. To my calculation 2 sets of 866=1732 pages – 858 pages @ R1.00 a page I was charged = R858 874 x R1.00 =R 874 Postnet cost for copies not been made. A cost of 874 x R 2.32 a page =R2027.68 - R 874= R1153.68 loss to me. None of the above was stapled as requested. On the 22nd October I return to Postnet to have another 270 copies made at a cost of R270.00 @ R1.00 a page. Again with specific instruction to Suzie that it had to stay and stapled in the exact order and only the top has to be copied due to I have used recycled pages to print the originals on. None of these was stapled either as requested. 23 October I started to assemble the documentation for the case to be presented to CCMA on 6 Nov 2018, when I realized that most of the 1128 was made both sides, in triplicate, not in the same correct order or stapled as to the originals I handed Suzie and I could not use it or present it at the hearing. On the 25th I have returned to Postnet with the 866 original pages as well as the 858 + 270 =1128 pages and the 874 pages I have made. Another assistant assisted me due to I was unhappy with Suzie and the services she provided me. I did explain to the lady that 810 of the 1128 copies Suzie made where either double sided, triplicated, unreadable and requested that it need to be corrected and stapled to the correct order as the originals I had handed in. The 26th she called me and told me they have difficulty with their copy machines and await head office to have it fixed. During the duration of the next week I did received a call to collect. I returned to Postnet to have the 1st and 2nd completed sets punched at a cost of R20.00. On 3rd December 2018 I once again returned with the 866 originals to had a 3rd complete set copied. Again with specific instruction to Suzie that it had to stay, stapled and punched in the exact order as the originals and only the top has to be copied due to I have used recycled pages to print the originals on. The whole time they all knew regarding the documentation need to be used in court. Unfortunately Suzie assisted me again I was charged R1644.00 for 822 copies that has been made R 2.00 a page instead of the R1, 00 a page. Besides the fact that I was over charged by Suzie while the Manager was present and to make matters worse 44 pages has not been copied at all and 151 pages was copied double sided. This has cost me another R 452.40 This whole exercise that was suppose to cost me 866 x 3 sets @ R1.00 a page = R 2598.00 has now ended with all the above expenses of copies not made, double sided, triplicated or unreadable copies made, cost me R 6516.86 , R 3918.86 more than it was supposed to.
