PostNet New Redruth do not care about their customer's mail or postboxes

The frame around the right hand side post boxes is not secure and a person could put their hand in and remove mail from perhaps 6 different boxes. I have spoken to the staff twice and emailed 4 times. Each time I told this will be fixed - they are waiting for a handyman. I think it would take a handy man 10 to 15 minutes to fix this. I am very concerned about the safety of my mail. The attitude of the staff seems to be one of not caring. I have been speaking/emailing since December last year. Do not use PostNet New Redruth. I am looking for a postal service that cares about their customers and is more secure.
