Postnet Musina very bad staff!!!

I phoned the Postnet to find out if my parcel have been delivered, i spoke to a lady called Chimnaname and asked her to see if my parcel was been delivered she had a bad attitude with me, i ask her to speak to the Manager Rose-Marie and also had a bad attitude with me. I think the owner needs to hire staff with good manners and will go the extra mill for a client. I just ask then to check a parcel for me and asked why don't you let your clients know that the parcels has been delivered and Chimnaname told me that they don't send sms's out to the clients, so i guess the client needs to smell when a parcel has been delivered.
