Postnet Montana

Our Attorney Firm has a postbox with Postnet Montana. Firstly they (for some reason) forwarded all our mail to Margate. Apon confronting them, they could not give a reason for this or say who gave the instruction. Secondly I did a 2 year course in office management and they lost my diploma. Telling me I must ask for a reprint. This is the worst service I have encountered ever!!!!!
