Postnet Midstream the worst possible courier service in the country

I wish I could give 0 stars to Postnet Midstream! I couriered a package on 12 May 2020 from Postnet Midstream to Cape Town on 12 May 2020 with a promise from Postnet that my package will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Today is 25 May 2020 and the package is still not delivered. I queried the delivery at Midstream Postnet on 19 May after which they tracked my PN number and advised that my package was never delivered because the person the package was supposed to be delivered to were unreachable. They never even contacted us to say the package wasn't delivered. After which Postnet advised that they will try to deliver the package again on the 20th of May...but today 25 May the package is still not delivered. After probably 6 phone calls and 3 emails to the Midstream Postnet they just do not get back to me... I have no idea where my package is or when it will be delivered because Midstream Postnet refuses to assist or respond!!
