PostNet Meadowdale - worse than a normal post office, if that is even possible?!?

Steer clear... unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. I sat on my parcel for 3 weeks without making any effort to contact me to say it has arrived. I wrote an email and asked for proof that I was contacted - met with silence. I went there to speak to the "owner" and was approached with hostile and aggressive behaviour. I will use the fecking SAPO before I set foot in that PostNet again. I can't imagine a normal post office can be worse than the "service" I got from PostNet Meadowdale.
