Postnet Mail Don't Phone

I have sent a parcel from Postnet Plattekloof to Postnet Bloemfontein Waterfront for a friend that lives 80km outside Bloemfontein. Obviously he would now like to collect said parcel as it is medication. Only problem is that Postnet Bloemfontein Waterfront is not answering their phones and 80km is a far way to drive to come to dead man's door. So I call Postnet Plattekloof to ask for advise and assistance as they provided me with the service. Well they are ash blond to my problem and informs me that they have the same telephone number for Bloemfontein Waterfront so basically there is nothing they can do. Only upon my insistence to speak to the manager and insisting on them doing SOMETHING did he reluctantly offer to try getting hold of them and will then call me back. He was busy with another customer when I called. What has happened to helping the customer whose monies you have already got before you worry about the new one now standing in front of you, whose monies you have not as yet received. At the very least sound interested in your customers problem. I heard no smile over the phone.
