Postnet lyttleton's horrible owners horrible attitude

To whom it may concern

I had the most disgusting service from the postnet lyttleton branch and in particular by the horrible owner Jane Grimm.

I had purchased tickets to the Trevor Noah show online and opted to collect my tickets at the lyttleton postnet. Last week Wednesday I went in to collect. I was greeted by the most apathetic employee and as soon as I told her I came to get my tickets she told me "we no longer print tickets". I looked at her and said well what must I do now as I opted to collect here and now you telling me you do not print anymore. She told me we don't print it anymore you can go to another postnet. So I asked her to phone the Cornwall view postnet and find out if they print. She turned around took a few steps and another employee told her 'centurion'. She came back to me and said go to the mall. I was very amnnoyed at this point at the utter lack of trying to help me. I told her please take your store off the list of retail options to collect ticket pro tickets as this completely wasted my time. I went in the car and called Cornwall view postnet myself who told me they do print.

Today I made my way to postnet Cornwall and on their system it kept showing my tickets have been printed already. I told them I can't understand how this is possible as when I went last week I was told they do not print tickets anymore. The owner of the postnet in Cornwall very kindly assisted me. He called ticket pro who confirmed that the tickets were infact printed on 28 feb. he then called the lyttleton Branch and spoke to Jane And told her that I was shooed away from her shop but the tickets seems to be printed already. She said she had to look for it and call him back. She called back and said the tickets were there in her store. The owner of the Cornwall postnet said that I must go back and ask for Jane Grimm.

I then made my way back to lyttleton. I went in and asked for Jane, the person helping me asked is it for tickets and I said yes. He went In the back and came back with my tickets. I asked if I can still speak to Jane. (Silly me thought I would at least get a sorry for the inconvenience caused to me). Jane come out in a huff and Looked at me and said 'yes, what??'. I said please train your employees not to shoo people away when they come to collect tickets because my tickets were here and I was told to go to another postnet. She asked who told me this and I pointed to the person. She then turned to the employee and said this customer is complaining about you do you want to Apologize? Jane then asked me if I told her that the tickets were purchased in feb, I said no why did I have to tell her anything I had until the 10th august to collect my tickets. Jane then said well I should have told her it was bought in feb. I told her I didn't have time to tell her anything because the second I mentioned tickets the employee kept telling me you don't print tickets anymore and sent me away. Then Jane asked if I had asked for a manager, I said no why would I need to, the employee told me to get it printed at another postnet. Jane very annoyed just said well you got your tickets now so enjoy your show.

What utter and complete disregard for the customer! She was completely unapologetic and rude to me. I was sent on a wild goose chase for my tickets that was sitting in their shop the whole time. I was completely inconvenienced. The first employee just had to look at that printed tickets instead of shooing me away! Then Jane was so unapologetic about the whole thing. I didn't get a simple "sorry for the inconvenience caused". Instead I was told what I should have done when they were completely at fault here! Jane has no customer relations what so ever. If you are in the business of providing a service and a customer is complaining about the service then one normal would listen and learn. I know she owns the branch but the postnet brand is what she represents and she has honestly put me off postnet. I know many people in lyttleton and centurion and I will make sure they never use that branch. I will also never ever use the option to pick up tickets at postnet again. If the postnet just decides Willy nilly that they won't print your ticket then you actually leave the person stranded.

I feel like I should be compensated. I drove around unnecessarily to get tickets that was in the shop the whole time!
I also deserve an apology from Jane. They were clearly in the wrong.

I look forward to your response
