Postnet lyttelton /Aramex they way NOT to send your parcels

After using postnet lyttelton for a good 3 years send Perfumes all over the country, I was generally happy until their courier division aramex damaged my parcel and did not bother to notify anyone. Delivered Monday 10/06/19.My parcel laid unattended and damaged at the hub in pretoria for 4 days until I enquired.

This parcel was meant to go to mafikeng, I collected the damaged parcel for which everyone is indemnified and take no responsibility even though it was clear negligence and made a new batch which I delivered today.

I was asked to pay again even though this parcel was delivered to postnet lyttelton and never left pretoria. I basically paid R600 for a 15kg parcel plus the loss I incurred for the damaged parcel approximately R500.

I am a small business entrepreneur trying my utmost to eek a living but sad to say postnet or aramex is not the way to go.
