Postnet lost my trust

I have never struggled this much with a service in my life. Postnet SA head office staff - ***********.

It has been 5 days now since I sent a parcel with their express shipping option from a branch in Pretoria to an address in Pretoria and it has still not yet been delivered. When I phone the head office the one individual told me the package is with a third party and she will contact them while I hold and give feedback, then the line went dead. Didn’t bother to call me back. Next I spoke to an arrogant woman stating that she will not assist me as they are not allowed to speak to clients (she does the same job as the first person), I need to phone the branch and the branch must contact them. Their stories are so inconsistent and they are extremely rude.

I am still waiting for the parcel to be delivered. No one will tell me where the parcel is and the tracker only says it is in South Africa.
