Postnet Longbeach Issues

These guys! Had a bunch of docs printed for file at Postnet Longbeach in Cape Town, all provided on a flash disk, each doc clearly put in their specific folders. Explained, like, 3 times how it should be done. After all, had it done on one previous occasion. Had issues then too, but paid only around R370-ish, but this time, MUCH worse!

The clerk (dude with a weird ponytail) never informed me that for colour prints it is excessively more expensive, and ended up with a bill of more than R1100. The flash disk provided had numbered folders, each folder with its numbered docs to make sure all was placed in the correct order, but I received it all jumbled.

ON TOP OF THAT, two or three docs wasnt even printed AND there were a bunch of double prints! Being in a hurry for the file content, I had to swallow and take it, but DAMN!! That's some serious incompetence!

I bet my bill wouldve been considerably lower if it werent for all the doubles printed! Did they do it to boost the price, or does ponytail guy just completely such at his job and following instructions???

On top of that, the attitude of the staff are basically that of someone doing you a favor and that you should be greatful!

Seriously, how hard could it be to print docs in sequence? The machine literally does everything!!!

Shameful, Postnet, absolutely shameful!
