Postnet Knysna pathetic service

I sent an application for employment via Postnet Knysna. I paid quite substantial amount of money for the service. To my surprise a month after closing date I received a call from Aramax telling me they could not locate the stated address. A mail who was suppose to take a day because it was overnight delivery. Again two months down the line I received a call from Postnet Knysna to collect my parcel which was not delivered. Went there they could not locate the parcel. I enquired about the refund since the service was not rendered told in my face no refund. That was a pathetic service.
