Postnet is such a disappointment
In June, my mother posted textbooks (worth R4000) from Pinetown to me in Cape Town using Postnet's overnight service. The books did not arrive the next day and when I called 2 days into my wait and after paying over R1000 for \overnight"no one could help me until I threatened to sue. After they eventually located my books"
