Postnet is a waste of money

What happens to an undelivered parcel??

I sent a parcel, they ddnt deliver, i called the destination postnet, they could sent the sms coz of loadshedding they said talk to the originiating postnet, they cant help me... I called the headoffice the lady said they dont want to get involved

So i waited figured it would be returned to sender...

NOPE, Nothing... Now im hoping someone here can tell me
