PostNet in Durban deserves zero star, one star is overstatement!

Ref PNA*** posted on the 09 March in Paarl Counter to Door not delivered in Durban on the 15 March 2021 yet. It transpires that PostNet Durban is commonly not delivering "to door" but rather forces customers to collect. Originally Addressee advised that I should courier documents via DHL or Fedex as PostNet in Durban provides exceptionally poor services. I normally receive very good service from PostNet Paarl and JHB Branches so I disregarded Addressee request. Now I must agree PostNet Durban sucks! The matter is urgent, I would like my parcel to be deliver to Addressee today by 14.00 the latest. Thank you.
