1. Tried following up. Was told the parcel is sitting at the branch. The driver did not try to call us as the clients. Wasting time 2. Was promised a call back. It was never done. 3. I follow up again since I did not get the call back. I get called a 'harde gat' by Quentin/Quinton who claims to be the Branch manager. 4. I told them I want that parcel delivered today. And I get sworn at my Quinton and the call gets dropped in my ear.

I want a full refund and the parcel delivered no later than today.

5. When I tell Quinton if he is calling me a Harde gat he asks if we are going to continue talk or get this delivered tomorrow

6. When I call back they disconnect the line.

You have today only to deliver my parcel
