PostNet horrible service

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with p PostNet . My brother sent me a parcel containing clothes for Heritage Day at PostNet in Silverton, Pretoria a week ago on Monday. Today, day before Heritage Day, I am still without the package, and worse yet, there has been no communication from PostNet about its whereabouts or any delay or even to say parcel has been received and sent, I had to keep calling them.

I had trusted PostNet to handle this delivery reliably, but my trust has been shattered. The complete lack of communication and the failure to deliver on time has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I had hoped for a memorable Heritage Day celebration but now it feels marred by this experience.

I will never use PostNet again and I urge others to exercise caution when relying on their services. Heritage Day is a time to celebrate our culture and heritage, but PostNet has left a sour taste in my mouth.
