To whom it may concern in management.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of being assisted by one of your workers at Hilton, her name is Xolile. She was very rude and constantly on her phone. Unfortunately this was my second incident with her, earlier on in the year it appeared that she was working and a little boy or girl was behind the counters and she was attending to the child. I would like to say that this is not professional and you as a company should never allow children to be objected to such. I'm really appalled she still works there, many of my friends have had their own reservations about her, please do the right thing and find a person more suitable for the position. Thank you.
