Postnet hennopspark/ SA

In January of 2021 I posted a parcel with Postnet Hennopspark and it was lost,they told me to submit the invoice for a claim Apparently they claim via Aramex. A lady in Aramex called Annalee she is the one who does claims and a very *********** person.She does not answer emails and calls and till today I am still waiting for the response from them.Postnet is not a good company to place your parcels with.
