PostNet has zero client service

Very bad service, my package was given to another client without an ID now I have to battle to get it back. Area Manageress has a huge attitude trying to blame me.

Look at all their other reviews, bad service all round with NO replies from PostNet.

I will be taking my business elsewhere...
