Postnet has the worst service with insurance claims

Postnet is very quick to advise how fast they are to send your packages. Well they are the worst when something happens to your package. I have been waiting 5 month for my claim to pay out. All they say they will ģet back to me. Well I am still waiting no one gets back to me. Everyday same story I phone and hear what is happening and they say they can't get hold of the accounts department. Aramax say they can't speak to me I must speak to postnet. It is like speaking to a brick wall.
