PostNet has Failed Us!!

I sent a package with PostNet on 24 February, and it still has not arrived. I call PostNet Northwold everyday and they tell me that the courier company is coming, but they never come. What postal service is now available to South Africans if even PostNet is useless?! And I have been trying to contact their head office complaints department and no one answers the phone!
