POSTNET GONUBIE EL - POSTNET PINELANDS CT

0 star rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! very very frustrated with Postnet. sent an important parcel on the 13th December, the relevant Postnet received it on the 19th and continued to send an sms to a landline number, which had also been typed in incorrectly by the sending office. Parcel which was important has been sitting with them for over a month with no follow up phone call or Any form of contact to inform either sender or receiver of the parcel awaiting to be collected. The reason given was they have two many parcels to follow up on, ummmm so what am I paying for??? absolutely no customer service. I am highly p....... off. Here I am on this side thinking my parcel has been delivered ages ago ... next time I am using a courier service for sure.
