Postnet Gardens Terrible service

Hi I bought something from a seller in Cape Town and had him courier it up to Johannesburg via one of their quicker services which we paid for. It is now a day later than the delivery date we paid for and when calling The Gardens Postnet to enquier about the delivery, they tell they will call me back to fill me in on whats going on but but phone call.....Come on Postnet....Get your act together!!
