Overseas mail item -delivery advised as 'plus/minus 15 days'. It was handed in and receipt provided at 08:14 hrs on 14 October 2019. It is now 21 November 2019 and despite being informed by PostNet some 10 days ago that '.. it WILL be delivered..' it has not yet arrived at the destination?????? Service - DISGUSTING, STAFF HOPELESS. Time the SouthAfrican business was shut down.
