Postnet Fararmere claims not receiving my email

I sent an email to Postnet Fararmere at 11h26 today 06/10/2017. I then sent my daughter to Postnet Fararmere to print the attachment on the email I sent. They told her they received no email. This is the forth time that I am receiving bad service from this branch.
