POSTNET FALSE advert
Balfour Park branch changed the national special of 0-5kg for R99 counter to counter to 0-2kg and is overcharging clients who still qualify for this special rate.<br> <br> They manually printed a replacement paper and stuck it over the 0-5kg section on the poster.<br> <br> Lets see if Postnet does anything to this franchisee.<br>
