PostNet Equestria - Changed Banking details without notification and took my money, and expect me to pay again.

Paid my annual payment to keep my account active on 30 June 2019.

Received a mail today 28 August 2019, saying that renewal is up, so I send through proof of payment, only to find out they changed their account details without notifying me, and clearly, the previous account is still active, as my money went through. It is over 30 days, so I can't even do a reversal.

My payment is invalid according to them, and they expect me to pay again for renewal.

Thanks but no thanks!

Canceled the mailbox, and better off without these companies out to take your money!

Goodbye PostNet Equestria, your service is questionable at best, and I'm not coming back.
