Postnet East London (Vincent)- Non delivery

My mother sent me a parcel by express and it allegedly arrived after 2 days and I was "unavailable". I didn't recieve any call from the delivery person to say they had arrived and only heard from Postnet Vincent when my mom followed up today. The staff played delay tactics to ensure that I wouldn't get my parcel and when I asked for their names, they gave me **** names which I realised when the manager called me. The manager phoned me to say that she was working on getting me my parcel tomorrow but I still haven't recieved any feedback. Her demeanor was also inappropriate as she accused me of lying about my availability on the delivery date and said I was being abusive. My item has effectively been ****** as I don't see any hope in receiving it.
