Postnet Durban North or Postiffice - there is no difference!!!!!

Postnet post office - no difference! We sent a parcel to Morletta Park in Pretoria in August and the recipient is still waiting. On following up from both the Pretoria side and the Durban North side different stories and very unhelpful. Two ladies on two different occasions and no help. Wouldn’t even give me the owners name and number to chat to and get help because they were useless. The service was shocking!!!
