Postnet Durban North

Postnet Durban North, I had a parcel sent from this branch on the 12th December to Bram Fischer in Johannesburg, parcel didn't arrive.I went to check on Friday the 14th December, they hadn't received it. I then called Durban North spoke to Nafisa who then told me one of the items had been broken so they hadn't sent my parcel. To I told them to just send the remaining items, I emailed them again on the 18th December and they told me the parcel had been sent. I checked with Johannesburg on the 20th, they hadn't received the parcel. So I traveled to Durban for holidays, I then thought I should pop into Durban North postnet, Nafisa was there with attitude of note, she hadn't followed up on my parcel. She then told me there was nothing she could do because Aramex wasn't responding. She then threatened to call the police because she said I was harassing her as I had told her I wouldn't leave until she told me where my parcel was. She ended up just not giving me any information but kept saying she doesn't know, I should call head office. She refused to give her manager's details, told me they were not allowed. I am beyond frustrated because out of all the times I used postnet I've never waited more than a day for a parcel.
