Postnet Dundee lost my parcel

I want to give them zero stars Infact. Postnet Dundee has lost my parcel and it has been 3 weeks now my parcel can not be located, they keep saying they are investigating. The parcel was sent on the 5th of May from Dundee Postnet to Lalucia, till today May 25th they parcel is untraceable and nobody wants to take accountability. The sad part is this was my very first time using postnet and Aramex and they do me like this. If you can use other companies please stay away from Aramex and Postnet.
