POSTNET DOESN'T KNOW ONE BRANCH FROM ANOTHER

What appeared at a glance to be an honest mistake has turned out to be a surefire indicator of either increasing incompetence or basic negligence and lack of care.

This is now the THIRD occasion in as many weeks that I've been asked to collect an item I was expecting...from the wrong Postnet branch. I thought on each occasion there might have been a mistake on the senders part, only to discover after going out of my way to collect said parcel from the incorrect branch that no...it was labelled correctly just that Postnet apparently don't know one branch from another? I just received ANOTHER notification informing me that I have a parcel ready for collection and no surprises...it's at the wrong branch...PLEASE POSTNET buy your delivery team a map...just don't send it to them via Postnet...they won't get it...
