Postnet doesnt care about their clients

Good day

I dont normally do this but this time I feel compelled to do so. I am expecting a parcel from Postnet. The standard delivery is 2-3 days of 4 to the out lying areas. Mine was sent on the 28th of July 2022. For some reason whoever was capturing it destined it for Postnet Belabela. To date I havent received the parcel though it was correctly labelled. Today I called Postnet Belabela on *** and spoke to a guy who arrogantly told me I need to wait another 3 days from yesterday. I told him that is inconveniencing me and he rudely dropped the phone on me. I wanted to ask if they can do something to expedite the process. So thats how Postnet treat the customers.

Needless to say I will never ever use Postnet again nor will I recommend it to someone else.
