Postnet delivery services suc****

Hi, I would just like to share my experience that I had encountered with POSTNET SA, I had a parcel that urgently required delivery from Durban to GP, I went over to the Amanzimoti post net branch and the staff (Extremely helpful) advised me that the normal delivery is R99 which takes about 2 to 3 working days to be delivered however should the parcel be extremely urgent as mine it would cost me R460 for an overnight delivery, With the urgency to deliver the parcel I had to pay the fee of R460 in order to get my parcel to the receiver the following day. This was done on Wednesday the 31/07/2019, On Friday 02/08/2019 @ 10:38 the receiver still has not received validation for collection, I had called the receiving post office only to find out that the parcel has not been delivered. This is not acceptable as an overnight delivery does not take 2 days. Never again will I recommend or use Portnet ever again. I had paid for a special service that was not delivered, Also its strange that whenever I call with my tracking number the system mysteriously goes offline?.
