Postnet delivers late

I posted an urgent package to my client on 2 Oct. After phone calls were made, Postnet only delivered the package a week late. My client is very unhappy with me. One pays 10 times the SA Post Office price, to make sure your package arrives on time. But it seems Postnet Krugersdorp also delivers late. Bianca & Henrico also does not respond to emails sent.
