Postnet damaging items in transit

I purchased items from a guy thatvsent it to me from Postnet Newton Park. I received some of the items but 2 of the items was not delivered as one was damaged in transit. I asked them to send me the one item thatvwas not damaged and it has been months anxmd still no item and still no claim on the one that is broken. I phone Postnet and theyvsaid they are still busy with the claim on the item that was broken and they are looking for the item that was in one piece because suddenly they sent the item to Nelspruit branch and can not find the item. If items are sent through postnet it is a struggle when items are damaged
