PostNet Dainfern

Tried to courier something for Saturday delivery from Postnet Dainfern to Postnet Dbn and i was charged an extra R450 as they said Saturday deliveries have an extra R450 charge. I paid R645 in total and to my surprise the package was still not delivered on Saturday.

Went to check again on Monday and the package was not there. The package only arrived on Tuesday.

Why make me pay extra if you know you cannot deliver? Why promise a service that you cannot deliver?
