Postnet Cresta

I sent a parcel at 11:17am on 19 October. At 13:15 on 23 October I called to track my parcel and guess what!? My parcel was still sitting in their office where it was dropped off!

Why do we as clients take the time to ensure that we post parcels on time before the specified deadlines when Postnet is just going to sit with our parcels for 4 days?

Worst of all, no accountability on their end. They are instead trying to shift the blame. No phone call or email Communication from them even after promising to give me an update.

@postnetSA, I'm utterly disappointed in the service received from Postnet Cresta. The service was poor and pathetic.
