Postnet consultant was rude, **** and hung up on me

I am shocked and disgusted at the customer service at postnet vorna valley midrand. A parcel courierd for me from Nelspruit was sent on Monday morning and the parcel was on midrand by Tuesday I called the midrand branch to on Wednesday just before 4 and the person was: 1. Rude to me 2. **** to me and told me the parcel is not there 3. Hung up on me

I called nelspruit again and they confirmed it was delivered there on Tuesday

I'm disappointed
