Postnet confiscate customer goods

I sent 3 x identical packages to customers on 18 March 2020, to CPT PTA and JHB. The package to Pta was sent to Risk Department according to parcel tracker because it is ammunition. The parcel contains nothing else than components and do not contain ammunition. My customer is waiting and after an email (CaseRef:JBB0320/3178) to customer services and numerous phone calls I have had zero feedback and or attention to the problem. I have been using Postnet for more than 6yrs now without any issues now this, I will reconsider and take my business elsewhere
