Postnet competing with Post office for bottom place

Postnet is really becoming worse than the post office and that is sad. I have been waiting for parcel PPA***. I filed a complaint JNB0820/2555 and then a PRY complaint and I am yet to have someone contact me. This is sad when there are courier services and a post office that are offering better service than this. Surely they would want to compete?
