PostNet ,cnr Main and Penarth Road, Three Anchor Bay, Is a total Ripoff.

I went to PostNet Three Anchor Bay, cnr Penarth Road and Main Road just off Glengariff Road, and asked them what it would cost to send a letter by courier to the Cape Town Municipal offices. They quoted me the ludicrous amount of R450.00. Please understand the Municipal offices are about 4 kms away. I obviously walked out and went to DHL in 156 Main Road Sea Point. They charged me R130.00 for the service.
