Postnet closed for the holidays or shut down???

Postnet was my goto for courier services. I do business by buying and selling. I dropped the post office due to their unreliable service and turned to postnet. Come this festive season, Postnet Westways just closed. I cannot get my parcels to my customers. I have been there three times. The webdite states that they are open. Did they shut down or just closed for the holidays. When are they open. What do I tell my customers? How fo I get my parcels? Seems like Postnet is not a replacement for the post office. Actually, the post office has better service
