Postnet closed early on Saturday and then deny doing so!

I went to Postnet Mall of the South on Saturday but they were not able to assist with what I needed. They suggested that I go to Postnet Bracken City. I arrived there at 12:53pm to find them closed. They were still inside paying no attention to myself and another customer who also wanted to go there. I submitted a complaint via Postnet's website. After standing outside trying to get there attention, to finding their website and finally submitting the complaint, the timestamp on the complaint is 12:59pm. I got a response from Postnet today telling me that, according to their cameras, they closed their doors at 1pm and locked the doors at 1:06pm. Now why would I stand outside a shop I needed to go into and submit a complaint if they were open and about to close in a few minutes? Great customer service you have got going there!
