Postnet Circle Center Somerset West

Postnet, Circle Centre, Somerset West is the company with the most unhelpful and untrained staff ever, with the worst customer service attitude. I Gone into the store on 27th August to pay for a parcel that needs to be picked up in Brandfort, the gentleman gave me a form to fill in the details and swiped my card to pay for this service. I called in on the 31 August to check if my parcel arrived and got told that they will call me back, an hour later I gone to the store to enquire. Apon arrival i asked the lady at the counter if she can check if my parcel arrived, as I showed her the slip that was filled in by Blue Express Courier when they picked up the parcel she told me sorry they don't work with this Courier company, the more I try ro explain to her that I came into Postnet Somerset and paid them to collect, the more she tell's me sorry they can't help me, as if I just came into the store to claim some random package. After getting really loud and explained again after the manager and the lady speak over me, they told me the will let me know when the package arrives in a really arogant manner, so I left the store. I will report this to the head office as the franchise owner is never available. Personal visit to the store didnt get me any help..and they dont phone back as they promise... What a bunch of useless individuals. Will also share this experience to avoid people's packages getting picked up and getting lost while Postnet just say sorry it's not our responsibility.
