PostNet CBD - Terrible service on getting PCC

I am using PostNet CBD Pretoria to do my PCC (police clearance certificate) I am using them as the service is suppose to be quicker than what it is to do it through the police stations. We are waiting now for 10 weeks. Other companies that can expedite it (as a fee) guarantees that they can get it within 3- 5 business days. Why can PostNet (a company that i paid to do a service) not also get this sorted and expedited after the processing period of 4-5 weeks are done (its now double the time - more than 10 weeks). My whole life is riding on this PCC. Please sort this out PostNet. This is terrible service
