Postnet Cape gate circus

I will never again use this pathetic excuse of a service again!!! Postnet Cape gate, your customers needs to smell that their package has arrived. I had to phone to find out where my package was. Upon collection I asked why was I not contacted that it has arrived. Apparently they use a new courier and phone when it arrives. When querying when they where planning on phoning me, I got a 'it's not our problem when clients collect' answer. I would advise people as far possible to avoid using this agency. Absolutely pathetic!!!!!
