Postnet Canal Walk pathetic service

Last evening I stood in the que outside of the PostNet Canal walk at 7:50pm. At 7:52pm a gentleman, average height , broad body built with glasses, closed the door in our faces not even informing queuing clients that unfortunately the store will close at 7:52pm. When I confronted him saying that he is unprofessional and rude for shutting the door in our face twice without being client friendly to say that the store is closed at 7:52pm, he didn't even make an attempt to apologize instead he tried to grab the door out of my hand, stating the mall closes at 8pm, still no apology after I explained that it's the principal of being client friendly, decent and that he is absolutely unprofessional and rude. He continued to close it in our faces again. His female colleague called a client who qued in front of me and another gentleman to be assisted. Note that the door SIGN reflects closing time at 9pm!! It's the 3rd time in weeks I have had a disgusting experience with postnet canal walk staff
